Savvas Villas is a family run business, Savvas Charalambous and daughter Julie, the owners, are always on hand to ensure you have a wonderful and unforgettable holiday in the picturesque village of Steni. Each villa comfortably sleeps 6 people up to a maximum of 8 people (camping beds available).

The villas are very private, perfect for those seeking a peaceful base.

The recently built villas are located in the village of Steni and enjoy spectacular views of the Polis coastline, Polis is just 5 km away and has all the major amenities.

The villas are well designed and extensively furnished, both internally and externally.

The ground floors have twin bedrooms and shower rooms that also house the washing machines, the ground floors also encompass the spacious fully equipped and furnished, kitchens, dining areas and living rooms.
The first floors have twin bedrooms and a double room with a bathroom, as well as large balconies. Cots and highchairs are also available.
Every room has a tasteful ceiling fan with the lighting incorporated.

Sun terraces surround the 9X5 mts swimming pools, bringing you amazingly close to nature and its entire splendor. Gazebos cover the outdoor dining areas and portable barbeques allow you to enjoy your meals by the poolside.
The gardens are beautiful with many different plants, fruit trees and grapevines crawling down from the hilltop.

The mountainside location of �Savvas Villas� allows you to enjoy the magnificent views of the rolling countryside, cornfields and sea sparkling in the distance, nothing short of spectacular!

Approximately 5 minutes from Polis town centre and major amenities.
Approximately 5 minutes from the beaches of Polis and Latchi.
Approximately 35 minutes from Paphos Town.
Approximately 25 minutes from Tsada golf course.

The villas are cleaned once a week; a welcome pack is placed in each villa just prior to your arrival. If you have any particular requirements, just let us know and we will arrange it.

It is advisable to hire a car; we can arrange this for you upon request.
Cypriot hospitality will speak for itself!

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning (cooling and heating).
Locally paid 4.50 EURO per unit per day.
